Join me on a creative food and health workshop where you will learn nutritional information as well as how to prepare fast meals that are healthy and tasty, without a ton of effort. Ideal for beginners and experienced cooks alike, these workshops will introduce you to new concepts, practices, tools, foods and creative ways to incorporate them into your daily routine. There are two focuses to choose from:
BEACH READY. May 2 & MAY 30.
In this workshop we will focus on how to get your body ready for the summer season. You will understand how to slim up in a healthy and sustainable way, and how to prepare tasty foods to help you reach your ideal weight; and more importantly, how to maintain it through beach season.
DAILY DETOX. May 16.
This workshop will teach you how to optimize your body's detoxification processes through food and other practices so your body becomes a detox machine, constantly and efficiently removing toxicity. This is a great thing to learn as it will help you balance out the accumulative effects of drinking, smoking, and crappy food.
My workshops are intimate and cozy with no more than 3 people so you can get a highly personalised experience, in the private and relaxed atmosphere of my own kitchen. Spaces are sold on a first-come first-serve basis so make sure to sign up soon!
what to expect
Each workshop consists of a 4 hour meeting with verbal instruction, demonstration, hands-on cooking, and of course, eating. We will create anything from smoothies, porridges, chia puddings, snacks to salads, mains and side dishes. You will walk away with new knowledge, skills, a repertoire of new recipes and a variety of helpful fun-sheets to help you implement what you learn, from the nutritional information to the recipes and everything in between.
